Heikki Kovalainen messed up many predictions but there are still several very respectable scores this weekend. Ozzi decided to score 22 points yet again and yet again it was not enough to win a round . Steve Robertson holds on to the lead, but it is quite tight at the very top. I am slowly getting settled in top 10 .

The Formula One season continues without Super Aguri and moves to Turkey. The weather should be sunny. The only chances of rain are reported for Friday. This is the 4th Turkish Grand Prix but for the first time it is held this early in the season. All previous 3 races in Istanbul were held in August. The temperatures are now below 20 degrees Celsius, much lower than what the drivers are used to in Istanbul Park. Keep that in mind while predicting the results or simply pull the eight names out of the hat .

Nick Heidfeld, Fernando Alonso and Heikki Kovalainen spoiled the predictions as almost everybody had these 3 among top 8. Daniel’s risky “Alonso on pole” prediction almost paid off, but Kimi spoiled it for him. Steve Robertson took his second win of the season with very respectable 23 points, highest this year so far … Hmm … Ozzi scored 22 points again but this time it was not enough for a win . This was not the best day for the leaders after round 3 - Kotenok and Stew. Steve Robertson is back in the lead, I am in top 10 now .

The European season starts with Spanish GP in Barcelona. There are reports that both qualifying and the race may not be entirely dry. Klokan and Fisheye - two F1Wolf readers and participants in the prediction game here at F1Wolf - made it to the Far East for some trade fairs. We went to see one fair in Macau yesterday, yes that Macau of Macau GP. The trade fair ended up being more boring than some the F1 races can be. And as there is still over half a year to go to the 55th Macau GP the guys decided to go for something a bit more exciting - bungee jump off the Macau Tower. I decided to stay down with my camera :-) and watch :

The third race of the 2008 season is here - the sandy Bahrain Grand Prix. Unlike in Malaysia there is not much threat of rain this time. But the slippery dusty sandy track may cause few drivers some problems. Those who think of Massa as a race winner here again may want to reconsider .Some people missed out on round one, some missed out on round two. But the season is long and unpredictable (at least it looks like it now), so there may still be a chance to recover the lost ground. It may not wise though to miss too many more races …

The round two results are in ! Few very good performers from round 1 missed out on this one, few woke up too late . On the other hand we have several new players joining in - welcome guys ! Congratulations to Steve. This looks like a very deserved win, Steve was the only person expecting Heikki Kovalainen to clock the fastest lap ! The new 2008 bright orange Lewis Hamilton cap is ready.
