After one year break Formula One returns to Hockenheim – it is time for round 11 of our prediction game. This should be interesting weekend. There is talk about possible cool and wet weather during the weekend. Bridgestone is bringing in the supersoft and hard tyres – first time there is such a big gap between two tyre compounds. This may result in interesting qualifying and race strategies perhaps similar to what could see in Canada few races earlier.
Here are the results of round 10 of the prediction game. Some of the usual suspects finished the race outside the points (or in case of Kubica failed to finish). The obvious consequence are rater low scores in this round. The highest score of round 10 belongs to patosainz – 19 points !
Not bad for a number two driver
Mark Webber won the interesting British GP ahead of Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg and Jenson Button. Rubens Barrichello (P5) and Kamui Kobayashi (P6) had another great race and finished just ahead of Sebastian Vettel who dropped to last place on lap 1. The rest of the points went to Sutil, Schumacher and Hulkenberg.

It has been all about Red Bull so far at Silverstone
Red Bull drivers Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber finished on top in the final practice session at Silverstone. Vettel however suffered a bizzare front wing failure on his last flying. Not that much behind the Red Bull duo finished Alonso, Rosberg and Massa followed by Kubica, Hamilton, Schumacher, de la Rosa, Barrichello, Petrov, Button, Hulkneberg, Kobayashi, Sutil, Buemi, Alguersuari, Liuzzi, Kovalainen, di Grassi, Trulli, Chandhok, Glock and Yamamoto.
