The end of December also marks the end of the testing ban. But if you expect the F1 cars to take to test tracks right from January 1, 2010 you may be disappointed. You may need to wait for a bit longer.
February 10 – 13, Jerez
February 17 – 20, Jerez
February 25 – 28, Barcelona
Bahrain and Valenecia have no F1 testing listed at the moment although Mercedes GP has announced their 2010 car will make its track debut in its new livery at Valencia on February 1, 2010 for the first of the pre-season tests (thanks to DrJeckyll for reminder) so there obviously is a test planned for beginning of February too.
The testing mileage per competitor is limited to 15,000 km of track testing during a calendar year. No track testing may take place between the start of the week preceding the first Event of the Championship and 31 December of the same year. The 2010 F1 season will open in Bahrain (March 12-14, 2010).
