&lt;p&gt;It is not really a case of Cosworth drawing interest. It case of FIA making it clear to the applicants that unless they use Cosworth power they have no chance ... That resulted in this case being taken to EU authorities by one of the rejected teams (Stefan GP).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also Brawn may not be the best example of getting results on cheap. Remember that their car has been developed with lots of Honda money, and the car that started the 2009 season is result of one year development still under Honda wings ...&lt;/p&gt;</description>

It will be fantastic to see 28 cars on the grid.  I hope we don&#039;t loose some of the existing teams.  Maybe the success of Braun and Red Bull will send the message that big spending is not mandatory and keep a few more of the mid-tier teams on the grid.</description>
