Its great to see the name Lotus back in F1. Cosworth sure has drawn a lot of interest amongst the new teams.

It is not really a case of Cosworth drawing interest. It case of FIA making it clear to the applicants that unless they use Cosworth power they have no chance … That resulted in this case being taken to EU authorities by one of the rejected teams (Stefan GP).

Maybe the success of Braun and Red Bull will send the message that big spending is not mandatory and keep a few more of the mid-tier teams on the grid. Its great to see the name Lotus back in F1.
