Mark Webber - happy to stay with Red Bull
There are many question marks about the 2010 Formula One grid but one thing seems to be certain now – Mark Webber will stay with Red Bull. The German GP winner agreed a new deal with his to keep him at Red Bull in 2010.
“I’m delighted that we have re-signed Mark for 2010. He has continued to show huge commitment and determination this season, especially following his bike accident at the end of last year. His recent results show he is on the form of his life – most notably with his recent win at the German GP – and he has the motivation to deliver at the highest level. It was therefore a straightforward decision to extend the relationship. We believe that the driver line-up of Mark and Sebastian [Vettel] is one of the strongest in the sport.” – Christian Horner, team principal
“I’m extremely happy that Red Bull and I have been able to agree to race together again next year.” – Mark Webber

Nelson Piquet - not yet safe for the rest of the season
Nelson Piquet on the other hand is not sure he will race with Renault for the rest of this season. His own words suggest that even his presence in Hungary was indeed under some threat:
“No, it is not 100 percent settled for the rest (of the season). That is why I am going to do my job and let my father do the rest.
There was a bit of a mess at the last race, I knew there was a big chance for me to be here – there was just conflict, and contracts, and a conflict of egos between a few people. But, it ended up with everything working well.
The problem is that these days a contract in F1 doesn’t mean much, and we have seen several cases already of drivers and teams breaking contracts, and it just stays that way. So, the only thing I can do is drive, do my best and leave my father to do his job and see what he can do.”
