2009 Prediction Game Round 10 Results

Here are the results of round 10 of our prediction game. This was rather low scoring round with the top score of 17 points (Fantoci and Kudlakova). We had few predictions for Webber’s lap and Lewis Hamilton’s win but nobody guessed the pole position for Fernando Alonso.

Wil is now at the top of the provisional standings with 5 points lead.

Pretty amazing I pulled 16 points. I had Massa for the Pole, Fast Lap, and Win. Jesus, that guy has bad luck at Hungary. Last year, if you remember, he led the entire race until his engine blew up with three laps to go.

How that spring ended up exactly where his head was traveling 260kph is beyond me. How could it possibly bounce and remain at that height until his car came by? Plus, it looked like it was heading towards him, when it should have been moving away starting at the speed Barrichello was travelling.

Anyway, I sincerely believe that had that not happened, Massa would have won the race based on his performace the last 2 races and the fact that Raikkonen only trailed Hamilton by 11 seconds.
