Williams FW31
Same as last winter I hoped Williams would keep the dark blue livery they used at and since their launch. It does look like however that the final version of their 2009 livery will again have a touch of white. Here are the photos that Ollie from BlogF1 discovered at Williams’ sponsor (Allianz) website, marked as FW31 …

I think, it will be very likely like that
But that is the car previosly tested to the car’s launch, I think that’s Silverstone
(has been any event there since the New Year???) The car looks to be a very complete 2009 version, but there’s still visible the shark gulls and the duffuser is clearly not the 2009 update. Another thing is… ‘Race to Learn’ doesn’t appear in the livery anywhere, if they began with it on the livery it is 75% sure it will continue the whole year with them, anyway it is their own marketing advertisment, so they can do whatever they want with it.
I’m very convinced the final livery isn’t this which we see in the pics, but it can be somehow similar.
HEHE You you left me wanting to say something about

It’s definitely Portugal. The photo that shows the rear of Nakajima’s car has been cropped, but the full version shows the lighting rig over the start/finish line. The lighting rig is certainly from the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. However, you are totally correct in saying the images are quite old (Maybe from December). Not only is the Race To Learn promotion not showing on the rear of the rear wing, but in the photo of Rosberg and Nakajima going through a corner together, Nakajima’s Williams has a 2008 style front wing.

Yeah! Thanks for correction
After posting I thought it could be not Silverstone HEHE, but was already late
It is the 5th image on the pitstop that gave me the feeling of being on Silverstone (the Woodcote’s grandstands on the background). I didn’t notice for example that Naka was running the 2008’s wing, so you did
Yes, then it’s these correspond to the last training sessions of the 2008 and the first shakedown of the Algarve’s track. I think the colours will be somehow similar, but who knows? May they surprise us?

looks like not only did they add white, but its a lighter blue as well. It still looks better than the rest.
The front wings look unusual. it looks like that they are concentrating to pushing airflow over the front tires more aggressively than others.
I haven’t seen much of their testing times. How are they doing so far?
not too bad so far, but hard to make anything from those times. they tested week ago in Jerez, summary is here:
http://www.f1wolf.com/2009/02/2009-formula-1-season-countdown-40-days-to-go-testing-and-more.html
The front wing that is running in those photos.doesn’t look like the one they launched either anyway.
Colour wise it might be pretty close to what it will look like, hoping they go with the deeper blue though!
Ah well we will see the final solution sooner or later, if not…in Melbourne!
The livery looks great. A nice colour and a great front of the car.
