[...] Juan Pablo Montoya, Jacques Villeneuve, Christijan Albers and Scott Speed have one thing in common. All of them were sacked by their teams in July (between 2004 and 2007). The 2008 season was a rarity. We haven’t seen a single driver change for the entire season. [...]

Hey, Barrichello! I forgot him at all, he's such unperforming dirver that even forgot about him and Honda!! Well, the things are clear, he's not doing his best season, and also not showing that he's the best drvier over there. Honda owns a big budget, they could decide to break the contract early and bring in a new driver. Or wait until the end of the season, and look back seeking what Barrichello did for them this season. About Jenson, I think he is still the british promise he was, never should get eclipsed by Hamilton, because Jenson Button owns much more expirience than him and my opinion is that owns great talent to keep kicking with that F1 car he has placing it in Q2.

Well, it was Coulthard at the end. But he didn't get fired, he just retired. We could say that M. Schumacher was fired??? Then I still apply the same theorem, this year I don't see any drivers going away in the middle season.

The chances for them are little maybe for next year. Heidfield is not showing great pace, he could give a place to the upcoming rumors. Nakajima could be returned to Toyota's motherland or change place with Glock, what I mean with that is that Glock's seat is very depending of his results, and now Trulli is still doing the team advance, so I guess his place is rather secure, Piquet's rather low shape, could make Renault realize that they need another driver, Sutil and Fisico could see their seats in danger for incoming Indian drivers (Chandahok maybe), About Toro Rosso drivers it is really uncertain until Gerard Berger don't sell the team, does he wish to give an opportunity to the young Senna? Is it Mateschitz who is pushing? Or just some more rumors? Meanwhile, we don't know they next year status, it is the most difficult to say which Red Bull driver will go away (after all, DC is already a clear one :P ), possibly Vettel stay.

I think Ferrari should get rid of Felipe Massa and replace him with Zsolt Baumgartner.

Finally the results arrived for these who most needed them, Bourdais, Glock and Piquet. I would leave this year the grid untouchen, just the drivers need the chance Kovalainen had last year in Renault, where he could show at the end of the season that is able to drive fast.
