Are McLaren hard done ? Seems to be so, here is another proof
The events of last weekend in France brought out suggestions someone is out there to get McLaren. On one hand string of penalties to Hamilton and Kovalainen on the other hand not even an investigation into Trulli’s defending 3rd position from Heikki, no action taken against unsafe Ferrari of Kimi Raikkonen.
So are McLaren hard done ? The following photos (inside the post) may provide some answer:
Everybody gets a driver for the pre-race parade only McLaren guys have to drive the car themselves !

i do not agree that maclaren are hard done by. the car they are driving is a mercedes-benz right? so why would 2 merc drivers not drive it? the other drivers are all being escorted in ferraris and other cars that are not A: their engine suppliers or teams engine. why would jarno trulli and timo glock drive a classical ferrari around the track? toyota PR would kill them!

I would also ask Kovalainen why he step over the famous white line coming out from the pit-lane, after passing Nelson Piquet Jr. in his slow exit. That’s clearly not allowed, but also didn’t have much more space to do it, I guess McLaren isn’t right to ask investigations against Trulli if doing themselves many mistakes.
Anyway, if somebody is trying to bury McLarem, Ron always try to bury it with them. Look last year back and explain me what means their appeal in the court for fuel temperature?
Anyway, let’s leave a new door open to a new scandal, would be funny this year already, this converted to a Telenovela (south american soap opera)

It’s an interesting point and one I don’t really go for although conspiracy theorists will jump all over it. I have a hard time swallowing some of the penalties or not penalties though. Ferrari should have had one for Raikkonen’s exhaust. Kovalainen didn’t deserve 5 grid penalty for a block.
The exhaust issue to me should have been called and that alone gets me wondering just what is going on.

I believe that FIA, stewards and the race control could show us some more consistency …

The driving of Trulli was aggressive, but it was racing. Well done by Trulli. A result well earned
Ferrari lives by another standard. They always have, and they always will. For those of us lucky enough to attend a race, with the vast majority of fans wearing Ferrari Red, you can understand that Ferrari success is good for the popularity of F1. I’m just glad I have been a Ferrari fan for as long as I have been a fan.
