Fisichella and Ralf Schumacher Will Test with Force India

What has been rumoured has been confirmed. Giancarlo Fisichella and Ralf Schumacher will test with Force India next week.

What does this mean ?

a) Fisichella has very likely been shipped out of Renault
b) McLaren did not answer Ralf’s calls

Liuzzi and Klien have extra competition, it remains to be seen if Vijay Mallya is looking for some experience he may use during car development or for young aggressive drivers.

Fisichella, Ralf Schumacher, Liuzzi and Klien will also share the Force India cars with Franck Montagny, Roldan Rodriguez and Giedo van der Garde.

Adrian Sutil can continue his holidays :-)

Fisichella has been given permission to look elsewhere by Renault so I think they have dumped him.
Ralf and Giancarlo can only offer good things to this new team weather one of them ends up driving for them or not. I’m sure the Force India camp are looking forward to testing with them.

If Mallya wants a driver who will contribute to the car development, then probably Ralf and Fisi would give the team more that Liuzzi and Klien. Pairing Sutil with an experienced driver may be a good idea.

The thing is if he will choose one of these 2 who are clearly past their best and maybe even past their sell by date or better go for the young and hungry (and less experienced) Liuzzi or Klien.

Either choice has its pros and cons …
