After several delays due to poor visibility, the morning practice finally went ahead only to be abandoned after 4 minutes due to heavy rain. There were only 3 drivers who managed at least 1 flying lap.
Alex Wurz was fastest on a 1:32.746, two seconds ahead of Nico Rosberg and 3.4 seconds ahead of Trulli. The teams will have to work with whatever data they collected on Friday. Not exactly the best way going into the qualifying and race on a brand new track.
Further rain in Fuji F1 track area is predicted for the Japanese F1 weekend.
