Alonso, McLaren, Dennis – What A Shame…

Now I start to believe that there is something into Briatore’s claims, that Dennis is not as saintly as he presents himself. I was totally stunned reading his statement claiming that Hamilton is in fault for whatever happened in pits during qualifying in Hungary … If Hamilton made a mistake (willingly or unwillingly) and did not let Alonso pass, there are sure many other way how to deal with it within the team.

What they did was just a blatant arrogance. This I find even worse than last year’s Schumacher’s Rascasse stunt. Rascasse was Schumacher himself at his worst. Hungary was half a McLaren including Ron Dennis at their worst.

The demotion to P6 is a penalty to Alonso. The exclusion from constructor’s points from Hungarian GP may be FIA testing the waters before the Stepneygate appeal hearing. This may be the turning point in McLaren’s season, they are loosing friends when they need them most …
