Formula 1 - Canadian GP Qualifying - Hamilton’s Maiden Pole Position

Lewis Hamilton will start from P1, alongside Alonso. Job well done by McLaren. BMW managed to turn things around after the final practice and got the car between McLarens and Ferraris. P3 for Heidfeld, P8 for Kubica. Ferraris will be disapointed with P4 and P5. Webber and Rosberg did well to get P6 and P7. Fisichella finished 9th and Trulli 10th, again comfortably outqualifying his team mate Ralf Schumacher… There will be disapointment in Honda and Super Aguri after promising free practice results. Spykers will be starting from their familiar P21 and P22.Tomorrow should bring some fun and lots of tyre marks on the walls !

With a circuit such as the one at Montreal, there will be a few safety car situations expected. with Hamilton on pole I’m wondering if McLaren will aim to get Alonso in first under a full-course yellow.
Should be an exiting race, and not as easy to call as most reporters think (IMHO).

I am wondering how long Toyota will put up with Ralf Schumacher. He is being paid a lot of money and his performance is awful. Honda should be ashammed of themselves as they have gone backwards this year. Honda has missed the boat to partner with another stronger team such as Toyota did with Williams.

I genuinely hope for some safety to spice up the race
Somebody from the top 4 will not make it to the finish today ….
Well, I had another post about Ralf Schumacher situation about a week ago, and things do not go much better for him… He better pulls something out of his sleeve today…
And Honda did partner with team stronger then themselves, they have Super Aguri
